Because of the extensive support and accountability I provide, that rarely happens. However, if it does, you can always message me on the mobile app or schedule a coaching call. I will help you get unstuck and back on track.

 What if I'm a picky eater

Your meal plan will include a very easy system that allows you to be in control of the foods you want. You choose what foods to eat, and you still have the freedom to dine out at restaurants. It’s simple and easy to implement!

 How many days per week do I have to commit to the gym

It is totally up to you! I will base your plan completely on your schedule and update it week to week. Whether you have only 2 days or 6 days per week to work out, we will tailor the plan to get you to where you want to go.

 Is a gym membership required

No, I have many at-home and outdoor workout options that we can implement. While you can achieve a lot with bodyweight and light dumbbells, if you want tone, definition, or to build shape, you’ll want to start increasing resistance after about a month of bodyweight training, if your looking to reshape your physique.

 Do I need to take supplements

No, you do not. I will give you supplement suggestions for a few basics that I would recommend, but they are not required.

 How long is the program

The program is 16 weeks (4 months) long. This gives us enough time to get you off to a great start and then take you step-by-step through the Tri-Sync course while I teach you everything I know. It also provides the support and time needed to change and create an intuitive mind-body connection to achieve the results you want!

 What if I struggle with motivation

I offer ongoing motivation and support through regular coaching calls, messages, and the TRI-Sync App. We will work together to keep you inspired and focused on your goals.
